In order to achieve your desired result, you can go to the Polls > particular poll > Settings tab and tick the Allow multivote option.
Then, specify the Min and Max fields.

I want to mention, that the plugin has the Maximum number of attempts per user option with the help of which you can set a limitation for the users to pass the poll.
All you need to do is to choose the method of detection of the users and specify the Attempts count per user.

The Poll Maker plugin has the Maximum number of attempts per user option, which is similar to your request. After enabling this option, you can manage the counts of the attempts per user for passing the poll.
Unfortunately, you cannot hide the star icons in case you chose the Rating option. But for the Vote button you can go to the particular poll > Settings tab > Enable Vote button > Disable this option.
After it, the users will need to click on the answer to vote without a chance of changing it.

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible:
1. to show the “vote reason” to all the voters like if it was a comment
2. If the reason can be liked/disliked
3. If The reasons can be ranked based on likes/dislikes (like on quora)
4. If the voter can edit his vote reason after submit.

Regarding the first point, unfortunately, at the moment, the plugin doesn’t have this kind of functionality.
Since the plugin doesn’t have the functionality of the first point, and the other 3 points depend on the first one, you can’t make them work as well.
By the way, we will take all these points as suggestions and will surely take them into consideration.

Here are the answers to your questions:
1. Regarding the first question, yes, the plugin has your mentioned functionality.
To achieve what you want, you can go to the Polls > particular poll > General tab > Allow custom answer and tick the Require admin approval option.

If the option is enabled, the answers added by users will require admin approval to be shown up inside the poll (public).
2. Regarding the second question, unfortunately, we are not providing a trial period for our products.

Can we have different weight of votes by role? Which would mean, User Role 1= 3 votes, User Role 2=1 vote, etc.
Can we have a Null choice option? for example in case of multivote of 2 options, and a user don´t want any of them, one click over “null choice” and the options vote will be closed for him.

Please, enable the Allow anonymity option from the Settings tab.
It allows participants to respond to your polls without ever revealing their identities, even if they are registered on your website. After enabling the option, the WP User and User IP will not be stored in the database.
